Who is BFCN? The Black Foundation of Community Networks (BFCN), a non-profit organization was founded by members of the community in 2011. BFCN aims to network established groups and associations, to harvest the information and make it accessible to the community. Mission Statement Black Foundation of Community Networks (BFCN) aims to network current resources and make them accessible in order to support individuals and families within the community. Vision Statement Black Foundation of Community Networks (BFCN) aims to empower both the individual and family unit, one at a time with the ability and knowledge to access available resources from established groups within the community.
